Eagles Fundraising Ideas

For more than a century, the Fraternal Order of Eagles has had a major positive influence on their region, nation, world … and most importantly in their communities. It was the Eagles who pushed for the founding of Mother’s Day, who provided the impetus for Social Security and, who pushed to end job discrimination based on age. The Eagles have provided support for medical centers across the country to build and provide research for medical conditions — and whose fundraising events have raised millions of dollars to combat heart disease and cancer, help handicapped kids, uplift the aged and make life a little brighter for everyone. They can tell you how hard fundraising can be, but also how rewarding.

One of the biggest decisions is often deciding what type of fundraiser to do. In Danville, PA, a world renowned Elvis impersonator performed at the local Fraternal Order of Eagles in a fundraiser to benefit the Scholarship Program for Pittsylvania County students. In Prescott, AZ, the spirit of people helping people thrives among the Fraternal Order of the Eagles (FOE), including their Ladies Auxiliary, who make a point of fundraising, including a Vintage Prom Evening. Fundraisers by other Eagles Aeries include dinners, product sales, auctions, motorcycle races, family fun nights, golf tournaments, and concerts.
