Booster Club Fundraising Ideas

A booster club is an organization that is formed to support an associated club, sports team, or organization. By definition, one of its main functions is fundraising, and we all know that fundraising is hard!!

One of the biggest decisions is often deciding what type of fundraiser to do. In Wisconsin, De Pere High School’s Track and Cross Country Booster Club holds an annual Steak Fry fundraiser. In Oregon, the Cornelius Booster Club holds a weekly Farmers Market fundraiser every Sunday from May through August. Fundraisers by other booster clubs include pizza sales, sales of old uniforms, dinners, car washes, raffles, coupon book sales, pizza nights and auctions.

Spirit Chain – This is a great fundraiser for high school students, but could be used with other groups.
