Motorcycle Club Fundraising Ideas

Motorcycle clubs vary a great deal in their objectives and organizations. They may sponsor sports events and annual or more frequent motorcycle rallies where members can socialize. Many clubs hold a fundraiser to promote awareness, for a member or member’s family in need or just to raise money for social events for the club or for a local charity. Fundraising can be challenging, but it can also be fun.

One of the biggest decisions is often deciding what type of fundraiser to do. In Indiana, The Elijah “Blackie” Pennington Whitewater Valley Motorcycle Club held a benefit ride to benefit a Richmond man who has cerebral palsy. In Jenkins Township, PA, a number of area bikers came out to the Susquehanna Brewing Co. in support of Project Fallen Ride to benefit local law enforcement officers and their families. Fundraisers by other Motorcycle Clubs include poker runs, motorcycle/auto shows, product sales, raffles, auctions, and dinners.
