FFA Fundraising Ideas

The National FFA Organization (formerly Future Farmers of America) envisions a future in which all agricultural education students will discover their passion in life and build on that insight to chart the course for their educations, career and personal future. They are known for fundraising for hunger charities as well as for their own local clubs, for events and travel expenses to national meetings. FFA fundraisers have gotten quite creative in the past.

One of the biggest decisions is often deciding what type of fundraiser to do. In McDonough, GA, students at the local high school had a hilarious time going on adventures that only they could see with a comedy hypnosis show fundraiser to pay for transportation and funding chapter meetings. In Texas, the Mineral Wells High School FFA youth worked hard to ready plants for their annual plant sale fundraiser, featuring all types of plants, tended to and nurtured by students.  Fundraisers by other FFA chapters include tractor pulls, product sales, raffles, ugly truck contests, dinners, donkey basketball, restaurant nights, carnivals, and Valentine’s Day balloon deliveries.
